Where is Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV of Cleveland located?

We proudly operate at 4500 Grove Ave, Lorain, OH 44055, conveniently serving the Cleveland area.

When are we open?

Our dedicated team is available year-round, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., ensuring you have the support you need. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

How do I rent an RV?

Renting an RV with us is as easy as pie. Choose your preferred RV or trailer, check its availability on our website, and book directly online or give us a call at 440-282-5600.

Can I rent a trailer if I've never towed one before?

Absolutely. Our trailers are selected for stability and maneuverability, and our team at Mark Wahlberg Airstream & RV of Cleveland will provide you with comprehensive trailering procedures and towing tips.

What documents are required for renting a trailer or RV?

To make your journey stress-free, ensure you have a current driver's license and a major credit card with an appropriate credit limit. International travelers should bring a passport and International Driver's Permit.

How old do I need to be to rent?

To embark on this adventure, you must be at least 25 years old. Any additional drivers must also meet this age requirement.

What kind of reservation deposit is required?

 To secure your reservation, we collect 20% of the rental fee or $250 (whichever is greater). The remaining balance, along with a security deposit, is due at pick-up, ranging from $500 to $1500.

When can I pick up the vehicle?

Pick-up appointments are scheduled about one week before your rental, Tuesday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

What if I am late in returning the vehicle?

For your convenience, ensure you return the RV by 3 p.m. on weekdays and by dark on weekends. Late returns will incur a 1.5x charge on the daily rental rate for each subsequent day.

It's important to note that if you return your RV early, you remain responsible for the RV until your rental is complete, and the full reservation will be charged.

Is parking available for my vehicle?

If you choose to leave your vehicle, parking is available at your own risk.

Are pets allowed in the rentals?

We understand your furry friends are family. Dogs are welcome in our rental units, with no additional charge.

Do I have to return the unit with empty tanks?

Yes, ensure the black and gray water tanks are empty. A $100.00 dumping fee will be charged if this service is required.

Is there a minimum rental length?

Yes, we have a 3-night minimum.

What is the cost of mileage?

No mileage fee on travel trailers. For RVs, we include 1000 miles for free per week, with a charge of $0.55 per mile thereafter.

Are there additional charges?

Rental prices exclude insurance, taxes, hitch rental, and may incur additional fees for damages or excessive cleaning.

Do you charge for generator usage?

We prioritize your comfort. Generator usage is not charged, though please be aware it's considered a luxury option.

Do I need a special driver's license?

A state-issued, valid driver's license is all you need to set off on your RV adventure with us.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

Cancellation terms vary, so make sure to contact our team to review our policy.

Can I travel to Mexico?

Our insurance does not allow travel into Mexico. However, you are free to explore anywhere within the continental United States and Canada.

Can I tow my car or boat?

Currently, towing cars and boats behind our travel trailers and RVs is not allowed.

Do you provide baby car seats or cribs?

To ensure safety, we don't offer car seats and cribs for renters.

Is it safe to drink water from the tank?

Absolutely. If the fresh water tank is filled with potable drinking water from a fresh water hose, you're good to go.
