An Exciting Pick-Up Experience
Get ready for a warm welcome! When you’re ready to pick up your chosen motorhome, we recommend that you plan for about one to one-and-a-half hours of your time. Once the paperwork is complete, we'll take you on a detailed walkthrough of your selected travel trailer or RV.
We ask that both the renter and any additional drivers be present at your pick-up appointment to sign the necessary paperwork. In the rare case your reserved vehicle is unavailable, we’ll provide a suitable replacement, so you won’t have to delay your travels.
Additionally, while we're not responsible for lost items, we ask that you contact our Cleveland dealership, and we'll do our best to help you locate them.
